Electrician

Due to growth within the commercial team we are looking to bring in a Quantity Surveyor to support the pre-construction and construction elements of our projects.

Cotswold Energy Group are one of the leading installers of renewable heating systems in the South.

We have opportunities available for experienced electricians working on every aspect of electrical installations from domestic to commercial, but also including renewables such as heat pumps. Even if you’re not experienced but think you’ve got what it takes to learn, please still read on…

Our core values are built on quality, commitment, precision, efficiency & communication.
We’re growing at an unprecedented pace and we’re looking for excellent engineers to join our team and bolster our skills.

Who we are looking for:
  • Do you have what it takes?
  • Are you energetic, enthusiastic, hard working and committed?
  • Do you want to work in an environment with like minded people?

Climate change is driving a new way of thinking about heating in the UK, and Cotswold Energy Group are the leading domestic and commercial heat pump provider in the South West. With experience managing heating systems from 5kW to 2mW- we are qualified, capable and set up to deliver renewable heating systems from leading manufacturers such as NIBE, CTC, Dimplex, Mitsubishi & others.

We’re experienced at deploying open and closed loop borehole systems and often work with a mix of various heat distribution methods from fan coil, radiator, UFH & others.

We treat our team well and we’re looking for new, ambitious individuals who have got what it takes. We train our staff regularly, you’ll always be pushed to the limit of your capability and we’ll challenge you to learn new skills and new technologies as quickly as they become available.

You’ll be given a uniform, your own van or van allowance and autonomy to work on your own and as part of our growing team. We have highly experienced technical senior resources to guide your installations and ensure that you’re on the right track.

As a family-focused business we offer generous holiday entitlements including a long Christmas shutdown period. We prefer our engineers to start early in the morning rather than work late into the night- we believe that everyone needs time at home to recharge for the challenge of the next day.

If you think you’ve got what it takes, we’d prefer that you’re already experienced with heat pumps. If you don’t already have experience with heat pumps, but you’re committed to learning about how they will shape our future- we still want to hear from you and please get in touch.

You’ll be paid according to experience, and we promise to review your pay as you improve.
